El Palmar set out to do one thing exceptionally well: make cold-pressed juice that actually tastes like the fruit it came from. What started as a small-batch favorite with a devoted local following has grown into a full lineup of one-ingredient juices, coconut milks, and turmeric-forward flavors built for the way families actually shop. Every can is designed to earn its spot on a crowded shelf, but the real work happens before the label ever gets printed: understanding who's reaching for their cans, and why.El Palmar

The Challenge
El Palmar had just stepped into the coconut water and chia seed category when their packaging and brand presence stopped keeping pace with their ambition. They already had a loyal following, but the product was too good to stay a local secret. My job was to help find the audience that would take El Palmar from a shelf favorite to a category name.
The approach
My team and I led a full rebuild for El Palmar: research to understand who their next customer really was, a strategy to reach them, design that could hold its own against bigger competitors, and a social presence to keep the momentum going after launch. The results
