HyLogic is a supply chain and IT consulting firm punching above its weight, a smaller, newer player going head-to-head with giants like BCG, Accenture, and McKinsey for the attention of $5B+ enterprise clients. Their real differentiator isn't a slide deck of recommendations, it's that they stay through implementation as practitioners, not just advisors. My team and I partnered with HyLogic to build a website that could finally say so, one confident enough to stand toe-to-toe with the big consultancies, without borrowing their voice.

HyLogic - Popskull Agency -

HyLogic needed a brand new look for their website, and the stakes were higher than a typical redesign. As a smaller, newer firm, HyLogic competes directly against the biggest names in consulting for the same enterprise clients, prospects who needed to see them as equally experienced, and far more capable of actually getting the job done. That's a hard case to make. Professional services firms all tend to sound the same, experience, capabilities, results, which makes real differentiation difficult to design around. For HyLogic, the differentiator was real: while most consulting engagements end with a deck of recommendations and a walk out the door, a major reason large-scale implementations fail, HyLogic stays through execution as practitioners, not just advisors. The website's job was to make that distinction impossible to miss, with a level of design polish that could hold its own next to the Goliaths HyLogic was up against.

The Challenge

My team and I led with strategy and brand before a single page was designed, translating HyLogic's “advisors who see it through” positioning into a site structure and visual language built to feel as credible as the firms it was competing with. The design leaned into big, bold proof points instead of dense bullet lists, pulling hard numbers like cost reductions, capacity gains, and efficiency improvements front and center so HyLogic's results could speak for themselves at a glance, on the homepage, in case studies, and throughout the site. My team and I refined every detail to reinforce that same confidence: clearer typographic hierarchy to make key sections like “Our Competency Focus” impossible to skim past, a more considered integration of photography instead of stock-feeling image drops, and a full pass on industry pages to reflect the breadth of sectors HyLogic serves, from CPG and Life Sciences to Industrial & Manufacturing, High Tech, and Energy.

The results

The result is a site built to do what HyLogic does for its own clients: deliver on the follow-through, not just the pitch.
