Polkadog has been hand-crafting treats in Boston since well before “clean ingredients” was a marketing buzzword, and today, that same small-batch care is loved by dogs (and their humans) well beyond New England. My team and I partnered with Polkadog to bring that craftsmanship to life on screen, capturing the freshness, personality, and everyday joy behind every bag of treats and every visit to the Polkadog bakery.Client Overview

Polkadog had built a loyal following on the strength of its ingredients, single-ingredient treats, real fish, cod skins, crunchy training bits, and the warmth of its in-store bakery experience. But that craftsmanship and personality lived mostly in person, at the counter in Boston. To grow beyond it, Polkadog needed a library of short, scroll-stopping video content that could carry the same warmth, freshness, and joy across paid and organic social, the website, product pages, and retail and wholesale partners, without leaning on a single piece of copy to do the work.THE CHALLENGE
My team and I built a suite of video assets designed to be modular from the start: usable across paid and organic social, website and product page assets, retail and wholesale decks, and an evergreen brand library the Polkadog team could pull from long after the shoot wrapped. Every video was created with and without on-screen text, so each cut could be repurposed and recut freely across channels without a reshoot. The shoot covered the full range of what makes Polkadog, Polkadog: hero product moments for single-ingredient treats, fish-based treats, cod skins, training treats, crunchy bits and bones, and wonder nuggets; a look inside the Polkadog bakery itself, capturing the in-store experience that built the brand's reputation in the first place; and voices from the people behind it, with dedicated quote moments from Deb and Rob. Rounding out the library, my team and I captured real dogs being dogs, and real humans feeding and playing with their pups, the everyday, joyful moments that make treats worth talking about in the first place.THE SOLUTION
The result is a flexible, premium video library built to feel warm and wholesome wherever it shows up, whether that's a paid social ad, a product page, or a shelf display at a retail partner.THE RESULT
